ORDER INFORMATION -US STOCKED ITEMS

This Item is stocked in our US facility. To place an order, please see following order information. 

 

then we have 2 options for you to process your order.

 

CASE 1:

You order directly US-stocked items from our American store (www.ealingcatalog.com).

• only possible for goods stored in the USA
• you will receive delivery and invoicing from our sister company Hyland Optical Technologies Ltd.
• not possible to make a shared order of American and European stored item

If you decide to place an order in the American store (ealingcatalog.com), but you also want to order several goods which are for example stored in Europe(ealingcatalog.de) and some in America, you have to place two different orders. One in the US webshop and one in the German webshop.

 

CASE 2:

You can order all items from us. (www.ealingcatalog.de)

• possible for both goods stored in the USA and in Europe
• Ealing UG will contact you for your preferred delivery plan
• possible to do split deliveries (delivery from Germany will be quicker than from USA)

If you decide to place an order in the European store (ealingcatalog.de), but you also want to order several goods which are for example stored in America(ealingcatalog.com) placing one order is enough. We will contact you after placing your order for further information.
